I have worked on over $2B of multifamily acquisitions. One tool that was essential in accomplishing this was a rent roll analysis software as it allowed for a comprehensive understanding of a properties current rental performance and provided insight into where rents were headed. In other words, it showed you how much money you are you are bringing in and what direction it was headed.
I created this software out of necessity and personally utilize it for my own underwriting needs. While other tools exist, they either lack the same level of quality or come with an exorbitant price tag. Collaborating with leading software engineers, I’ve developed a platform that offers top-tier performance at a significantly lower cost.
I’ve come to appreciate the balance between data analysis and strategic decision-making. Beyond providing a glimpse into current and future rental performance, my software empowers users with customizable reporting and predictive analytics.
